Following consultation with tenants and residents the Sandwell Homes website has been re-launched with some new features that make it easier than ever to search for homes, paying rent, reporting a repair.
Sandwell Homes have introduced a new digital customer newsletter for all the latest community news, core language translations for all their most important information, Google maps so tenants can find their nearest neighbourhood office, and even an online feedback form so customers can talk to Sandwell Homes online. The site also gives access to all the services they provide, whether its reporting ASB, registering for social housing or requesting one of our care services.
