Welcome to my website

Welcome to my personal Sandwell Council Web Site.  This is one of many web sites set up by local councillors of Sandwell M.B.C.   I shall develop it in the future.  I represent West Bromwich Central Ward which now includes parts of Old Charlemont Ward.   {Includes Church Vale, Vale Street, Temple Meadows, Parsonage Street, Little Lane, Hallam Street and all of the local roads around Sandwell General Hospital.}   The middle of All Saint’s Way is the ward boundary to the West.

I have one grown-up son and two very responsible daughters.  They went to many local schools including: - Churchfields High, Cronehills and Beeches Road.

At this moment in my middle sixties and residing within the ward for nearly forty-five years with my wife and an aunty who keep me under control and in very good order?

I am always walking around my Ward advising, shopping, delivering leaflets, socialising and later this summer even bike riding!    For exercise I like walking around Sandwell Valley and Dartmouth Park and using the local fitness centre for sauna and steam rooms together with gentle exercise on the machines that they have.

On Sandwell Council I am on the Licensing Committee and also the Planning Committee which I like as this gives me good facts of proposed local new developments.   In addition I attend West Bromwich Town Committee.

I am a LEA (Local Education Authority) School Governor at Beeches Road School which is now known as King George V Primary.   To find our more about this school please see:-
