Over the weekend whilst I was at work, three residents raised three different matters of concern regarding traffic in Blackheath
It is intended to introduce Parking charges and a Permit Scheme, possibly with effect from 1st October 2008. This decision was taken at a recent Neighbourhood Cabinet Advisory Team Meeting held on 13th June 2008.
