Welcome to my website

Welcome to my personal Web Site

Firstly, a BIG Thank you to all who supported me in the recent Local Elections, a majority of 1073, certainly shows the faith you have in me to serve as a local Councillor.

I am giving up my Post on the Cabinet and I have been asked to be Deputy Mayor for the forthcoming Municipal Year which commences on May 24th. My husband will be my Consort and we look forward to meeting you when attending local functions.

However this will not mean that I will neglect my obligation to the Electorate of Cradley Heath and Old Hill and you can rest assured , whilst proud to represent Sandwell as the 'second' citizen',  my priority will be to continue addressing any problems that you bring to my attention.

I will continue to hold a monthly Surgery on the second Friday of each month in school term-time in TIMBERTREE SCHOOL, VALLEY ROAD 5pm-6pm. If you have any problems and wish to see me personally, please come along.

Alternatively you can always e-mail me at mailto:ann_shackleton@sandwell.gov.uk  or phone me on 0121 550 1245.

LOCALLY- I am a Governor of  two Primary Schools and attend the Cradley Heath and Old Hill Forum along with other various events, meetings, celebrations etc to keep me involved and well informed about local issues.

Remember my role as Councillor is to help improve the quality of life for the people in Cradley Heath and Old Hill.
